Whether your dancer is stepping into the studio for the very first time or training for the competition stage, there's a place for them here. From recreational classes built for fun and discovery to competitive training built for growth and performance, every program is rooted in the same thing: passionate instructors, a supportive community, and a genuine love of dance.
element dance inc.
For dancers who are ready to take it to the next level, our competitive program offers focused, high-energy training across a range of styles. Under the guidance of our passionate instructors, students build technique, performance quality, and confidence — all while being part of a team that truly supports each other. We love watching our competitive dancers grow not just as performers, but as people.
Our recreational programs are designed for dancers of all ages — starting as young as 18 months (Tiny Tots) — who want to learn, laugh, and love every moment in the studio. We offer a wide variety of styles including ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, lyrical, and more, so every student can find their groove. Classes are structured, caring, and always fun, because we believe the joy of dancing should come first.
I've been dancing since I was two years old, and that love has only grown — first as a performer, then as a teacher, and now as the owner and director of Element Dance Inc.
I teach across styles from ballet and pointe to jazz, hip hop, and acro, but what matters most to me is the space we build together: one where every dancer feels supported, challenged, and free to discover what they're capable of.
I don't do this alone — behind every class is a team of instructors who bring that same heart to the studio every day.
The instructors at Element Dance are dedicated, kind and encouraging - exactly what you want in a dance school for your child. They work to ensure your dancer meets the success they are capable of in a safe learning environment. Sara has been teaching my dancer since she was a toddler, continually providing a tremendous amount of support and motivation. On top of being an exceptional and knowledgeable instructor, she has cultivated an appreciation for the art of dance in those that have learned from her.
Since our daughters began dancing, Sara and her team of teachers have created a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where both of our daughters feel supported and valued. They take the time to encourage their students, helping them build confidence while developing technique. It's clear that the focus of the teachers at Element extends beyond dance - it's about fostering a positive community where every dancer has the opportunity to grow.
I feel supported and cared for at Element. The teachers there have helped me learn and grow as both a dancer and a person, and I am very thankful for them.
We are so grateful for such an incredible dance teacher! Sara’s dedication to every child’s growth, confidence, and love of dance is truly inspiring. She creates a positive, supportive environment where every child can thrive. Her communication with parents is always clear, timely, and thoughtful, making everyone feel informed and included. Also, we couldn’t ask for better teachers or role models for my child! Highly recommend!
Our daughter has had the privilege of learning from Sara and most of the instructors since she was 2½ years old; now at 11, we are so grateful for the impact they have had on her life. The instructors have been exceptional mentors and role models, providing such an encouraging environment for our daughter to grow; not only as a dancer but also as a confident, kind, and resilient young person.
